PAST PROJECTS
Hilton Garden Inn
Completed in Spring 2020, the Hilton Garden Inn Denver Union Station brought new life to a prominent corner of Denver’s historic LoDo district. The project delivered 233 modern guest rooms while carefully blending the city’s past with its future.
A centerpiece of the development was the restoration of Hose House No. 1, Denver’s oldest standing firehouse, dating back to 1881. Thoughtfully renovated and seamlessly integrated into the hotel, the landmark now serves as Woodie Fisher Kitchen & Bar, an award-winning restaurant that honors its historic roots while offering a contemporary dining experience.
Positioned just steps from Union Station and Coors Field, the Hilton Garden Inn stands as both a modern hospitality destination and a preservation success—bringing new energy to the neighborhood while celebrating one of Denver’s most storied buildings.
